Oh my god. I just realized…that isn’t her mother’s necklace. I’ve watched the finale a million times, and this was the first I noticed that. xD

…so that must be the necklace Aang gave her. :D

She gave her necklace to Kya and Aang made her a new one or

Aang proposed to her with a new necklace
